New York City weekend sailing opportunities?

Recently moved to NYC from San Francisco (ok, maybe not so recent...7 months in so far), and looking for some opportunities to get out on the water a bit, keep my skills up, and make some friends. ASA 101 and 103 (BKI/II and BCC) completed, all on crazy San Francisco Bay (yep, I've done the 15kt days). I have a car too so I can even get my way out on Long Island or elsewhere! I wish I had more chances to go mid-week but my work schedule doesn't really allow it. :-( So I'll have to leave it on the weekends. Any opportunities would be great!
